SliceStudios was founded in 2001 in New York City by Stephen Bedrin, a web developer with over seven years experience producing dynamic, database driven Web sites.
Over the years, SliceStudios has developed a diverse and national clientele. Now based in St. Petersburg, FL, we believe that customer service and communication are essential for building long-term relationships with our clients and for the successful completion of all web-based projects. Together, these fundamentals have allowed us to experience customers coming back time and again for their web needs.
The Company Process
Step 1. The Project Plan
Communication and organization are key. From day one we will discuss the objectives for your project from inception through completion.
Before any work is begun we make sure that everyone is on the same page. Key phases for the project are mapped out along with a timeline and budget. With an approved plan in place, there are no surprises. Of course we can adjust along the way as new ideas may arise.
Step 2. Development
Next, we begin work phase by phase according to the agreed upon project plan. No new phase is started until the client signs off on previous work. This enables us to move forward with confidence and minimize delays due to backtracking.
Step 3. Testing
After the development phase, we initiate a thorough testing of the final product. It is our job to make sure that every project component functions as it should. We then present the final product to you.
Step 4. Final Product and Support
After the product has moved into a live environment, we provide the initial support to make the transition as smooth as possible. We are available to answer any questions you or your customers may have during this phase. Ongoing support is also available for a low monthly fee.
